Stage 5 – Drug-Free Remedies for Discomforts
We help teach people techniques to assist them in handling discomforts in life, things that every one of us has to deal with in some way or another, without turning to any type of drug for relief.
It is very rarely enough to simply talk about something that is bothering them – something must be done about that problem directly to handle it. Somewhat minor physical pains and emotionally distressful situations can be dealt with by using this array of techniques.
We have exercises that will address everyday situations such as lingering withdrawal discomfort, upsets about past events, difficulties with current events, minor injuries past and present and losses in life. These techniques do help, and routinely used will allow someone relief from everyday problems in life without turning to drugs. They also enable someone to help another through similar situations, and helping another is a gratifying reward.
