Christian Drug Treatment
Drug addiction does not play any favorites. It attacks all walks of life regardless of color, economic status or race. Most importantly, individuals who have spiritual beliefs, or are steeped in Christianity, are not exempt from drug addiction either. It is this group of clients that our Christian Drug Treatment caters to. The Christian individual has certain spiritual needs that other treatment and recovery programs don’t contain. Our program understands these spiritual needs and enhances the client’s recovery process by allowing them to explore their faith more deeply while strengthening it at the same time.
In order to ensure the client has a successful journey through the treatment and recovery program, our Christian Drug Treatment program is comprised of the following 3 key aspects:
- Faith Based Drug Treatment
- Cognitive/Holistic therapies
- Self-Help counseling and guidance
These three paths, or tracks as they are oftentimes referred to, enable the client to walk their spiritual paths while employing the recovery tools that we provide them with. Some clients wish to learn more about their spiritual beliefs by focus on the teachings and writings of Jesus Christ. Christian Drug Treatment assists them in their journey through the treatment and recovery process when combined with the recovery tools that we provide during the process.
Additionally, the intensive Self-Discovery and Inventory part of our Christian Drug Treatment helps the client uncover, and discover, what has become an obstacle in the path of their spiritual walk. When the program is successful, these obstacles have been discarded while their faith has been strengthened. Therefore the client has a means to remain clean and sober after recovery has been completed.
