Our Forever Recovered aftercare prevention staff is committed to ensuring that our successful client’s transition back into everyday living will be as smooth as possible.  We have designed a relapse prevention plan for each individual client.

Our aftercare prevention staff will address patterns of thought and behaviors that may also hinder the client’s recovery process.

Aftercare Prevention at Forever Recovered

Regardless of which  aftercare prevention plan to prevent relaspe, it is the number one responsibility of the client to do the everyday work involved with drug rehab aftercare prevention and maintain a drug free existence.

If the client may feel that they are at risk for addiction relapse, our staff is a phone call away to help. Our clients need as much help as possible, because of the high statistics of relapse.
